Manage the Fiduciary Review Group Administrative Review team, overseeing 10–15 direct reports and 17–20 total. Ensure quality trust and securities operations, compliance with laws/regulations, risk mitigation, staffing, training, reporting, and coordination with business line partners. Drive process improvements, troubleshoot system issues, manage budgets/expenses, and support operational initiatives. Hybrid role with majority onsite expectations.

Support PCS Finance by developing and maintaining financial reports, spreadsheets, templates, and applications. Automate financial tools, query the data warehouse, perform ad-hoc data mining and financial analysis, and communicate processes and results to stakeholders.

Manage and grow relationships with Technology clients (>$250M revenue), originate and service complex loan and deposit portfolios, close new business, cross-sell bank products, coordinate with credit and product partners, and drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth.

Provide executive administrative and operational support to a Regional Market Leader, managing calendar, travel, expenses, meetings, events, and documentation. Support strategic initiatives and produce documents, presentations, and reports using productivity and collaboration tools. Interface with executive leadership and maintain high organizational, communication, and clerical standards.

Manage discretionary PWM client portfolios across equities, fixed income, and alternatives. Construct and monitor diversified portfolios, ensure compliance with investment policies, collaborate with advisors and trust officers, support client meetings, mentor junior staff, and contribute to PWM process and platform improvements.

Originate and manage SBA loan opportunities by developing leads, conducting outside sales, assessing credit and financial information, preparing SBA loan packages, coordinating approvals and closings, and cross-selling U.S. Bank products while building community relationships and partnerships to grow the specialty finance portfolio.

Provide consultative banking and financial solutions to small businesses ($500K–$2.5M), grow relationships through prospecting and outreach, open and service accounts, collaborate with branch and business partners, and achieve assigned revenue and growth targets through outside sales activities.
