Partner with a Senior Advisor to solicit, develop, manage, and retain high-net-worth client relationships. Support business development, client engagement, sales and revenue goals, and practice excellence. Develop technical product expertise and client-facing skills. Maintain required licensing and compliance (NMLS, background and credit checks).

Manage a portfolio of corporate banking credit relationships for education and non-profit clients. Underwrite credit exposures, manage credit risk, close and expand customer relationships, support relationship managers on sales calls, and provide customer credit responses and service.

Provide technical accounting interpretation and guidance on GAAP, lead implementation of new accounting standards, evaluate complex transactions, prepare written positions and industry summaries, partner with business units and senior management, and manage cross-functional project staff to ensure consistent accounting policy application.

Lead underwriting and credit risk assessment for Media & Telecom commercial loans. Manage and mentor an underwriting team, approve complex loans, perform financial and cash-flow analysis, develop industry-specific underwriting standards, monitor portfolio performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and present credit recommendations to senior management.

Provide consultative banking solutions to small business clients ($500K–$2.5M revenue). Grow relationships through prospecting and outreach, open and service accounts, identify product solutions, collaborate with branch and business partners, and refer complex needs to Business Banking.

Lead regional sales and supervision of Investment Advisors and Sales Associates serving emerging affluent clients. Grow market share by partnering with business leaders to source referrals, manage advisor performance and compliance, and develop national partnerships to expand referral channels.

Perform fund accounting and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity, and closed-end products. Calculate NAVs, record trades, reconcile investor activity, allocate profits, prepare financial statements, audit and tax schedules, and ensure GAAP compliance.
