Lead and grow a regional Treasury Management sales division focused on government and higher education clients. Hire, develop, and manage sales leaders; drive new client acquisition and wallet share; coordinate strategy with partners; ensure compliance with AML, Bank Secrecy Act, and internal policies; and deliver technology‑enabled treasury and payments solutions to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Serve as primary relationship manager for ultra-high-net-worth clients, leading the Ascent team to deliver comprehensive wealth services. Identify, develop, and close new and deepening client relationships, represent the business regionally, and drive sales and strategic client growth while coordinating cross-functional resources.

Perform daily reconciliation and analysis of prepaid transaction data across multiple systems, identify and resolve discrepancies, document reconciliation work, collaborate with internal teams and issuing banks, support loss identification/resolution, and perform manual data processing in Excel within a process-driven environment.

Sell and implement treasury management products to prospective and existing commercial clients. Provide consultative cash-flow advice, prepare presentations, develop market strategies, meet sales and retention goals, and assist in product/service design and installation.

Support lenders and relationship managers by performing financial statement spreads, quarterly trend analyses, covenant testing, and maintaining a compliance monitoring database. Review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance certificates to support lending and credit monitoring activities in accordance with bank policies.

Calculate fund and investor-level NAVs, maintain official books and records per offering documents, prepare investor statements, allocate income/loss, compute management/incentive/carried interest fees, prepare capital calls/distributions/rebalancing and investor notices, liaise with operations, investor relations, auditors and reporting teams, and use Excel daily to translate legal documents into formulas.

Supervise securities transactions and new account activity, ensure compliance with FINRA/MSRB/OCC and internal policies, review and approve trades/accounts, consult and train advisors, analyze trading trends, enforce AML and Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and support special projects.

Provide administrative and staff support for the corporate law division: manage senior calendars and travel, prepare presentations and executive summaries, process legal invoices/expenses, maintain databases and filing systems, monitor shared inboxes, handle confidential documents, coordinate Board/management reporting, and perform varied office tasks to support the team.

Provide consultative sales of treasury management services: contact prospective clients, assess cash-flow practices, recommend and install solutions, manage and grow customer relationships, prepare presentations, meet sales and revenue retention goals, and support market strategy and product development.

Drive revenue commercialization for Digital Assets & Money Movement by prioritizing initiatives, building revenue models and forecasts, creating executive dashboards, tracking performance, and partnering with product, finance, and GTM teams to align roadmap decisions with commercial outcomes.
