Provide daily service and support to Wealth Management clients, handling calls, transactions, and problem resolution within delegated authority. Proactively identify compliance or fraud issues, escalate complex matters to advisors, and maintain account knowledge through routine client contact and standard procedures to maximize satisfaction and relationship growth.

Provide legal support for U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance focusing on debt financings for energy and infrastructure projects (midstream, LNG, thermal, transmission). Perform due diligence, draft and negotiate financing and project documents, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, advise business teams, collaborate with internal and external counsel, and support process and product development in a regulated environment.

Provides administrative and staff support for marketing team or manager: produces reports, coordinates meetings/conferences/travel, composes correspondence, manages multiple projects and deadlines, uses PC software (Microsoft Office), supports senior executives, leverages AI/automation to improve processes, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders. Exposure to marketing, events, communications, social media, and advertising.

Manage and administer the LMS/LXP to deliver digital learning: test and upload courses, build curricula and assignments, maintain data integrity, support stakeholders, troubleshoot eLearning content, and support compliance and audits.
