Supervises a team providing accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers. Acts as client escalation point and trusted advisor, identifies and mitigates risks, reviews accounting and financial statements for audits and tax, and sets up accounting for unusual investments. Manages complex expense and incentive fee calculations, reconciliations, and implements process changes to support client needs.

Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI Guardrails and AI Security products for an enterprise AI platform. Manage and develop engineering managers and teams, design cloud-native solutions on Azure/AWS, ensure security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices, and drive cross-functional collaboration and operational rigor to deliver scalable, reliable AI platform capabilities.

Partner with product, business, data science, and technology teams to translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for AI-driven mortgage and home equity origination. Facilitate workshops, support testing and implementation readiness, and ensure AI governance, model risk management, regulatory compliance, KPI tracking, and Agile delivery for successful solution adoption.

Design, develop, test, operate and maintain mainframe software with focus on reliability, scalability and customer experience. Write production-ready code, perform code reviews, troubleshoot failures, apply security and compliance best practices, and collaborate in Agile/DevOps teams to support high-volume transaction environments.

Partner with product, data science, and technology teams to define and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for AI-driven mortgage and home equity origination solutions. Support testing, UAT, implementation readiness, AI governance, model risk, regulatory compliance, KPI tracking, and Agile delivery while facilitating stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement.

Distribute and monitor daily workload, perform tasks as needed, resolve routine exceptions, escalate complex issues, prepare operational reports, and provide training and direction to staff to meet service standards and regulatory deadlines.

Serve as primary fund accountant for hedge funds, private equity, and closed-end products. Calculate NAVs, record trades and valuations, reconcile investor contributions/withdrawals, allocate profits, prepare financial statements and audit/tax schedules, and support expense analysis and investor reporting in accordance with GAAP.

Support and troubleshoot Global Trade and Supply Chain Finance platforms (Trade360, Trade Point, KTA/TTA, IPF Hub); manage support requests and incidents via Service Central; partner with Operations, Product, and Technology on upgrades, testing, automation, and process improvements; support U.S. and India users and participate in platform modernization and reporting initiatives.

Lead identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, train users, evaluate project outcomes, manage project team performance, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business needs.

Develop, test, operate, and maintain full-stack software using React and Python. Design scalable, reliable systems, perform root-cause analysis, participate in code reviews, and follow DevOps/CI-CD and security/compliance standards within an Agile team.
