Serve as primary daily contact for Private Wealth Management clients, handling calls, transactions, and problem resolution within delegated authority. Proactively identify compliance or fraud issues, escalate complex matters to advisors, and maintain account knowledge to maximize client satisfaction and support relationship growth.

Owner of Focus Payroll Card product strategy and P&L; drives portfolio growth via financial analysis, customer insight, competitive research, and cross-functional delivery. Builds business cases, prioritizes roadmap, ensures regulatory compliance, supports sales/RFPs, and leads go-to-market and client onboarding for prepaid offerings.

Provide consultative banking solutions to small businesses ($500K–$2.5M revenue). Grow relationships via outside prospecting and routine outreach, open and service accounts, identify product solutions, collaborate with partners, and refer complex needs to Business Banking. On-site five days/week with minimal weekly driving.

Design and implement data harmonization, ingestion, and visualization for enterprise marketing analytics using Salesforce Datorama (MCI). Build ETL/API integrations and data models, configure advanced metrics and dashboards, enforce data governance, and manage QA and release processes to ensure accurate, high-performance marketing insights.

Provide consultative financial solutions to small businesses ($500K–$2.5M revenue). Grow relationships through prospecting, calling, and referrals; open and service accounts; collaborate with branch partners and refer complex needs to business banking. Requires on-site presence and some driving for outside prospecting.

Lead modernization and technology enablement for independent risk reviews by designing and implementing analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Translate review requirements into scalable tools, ensure governance and defensibility, coach analysts, manage multiple initiatives, identify reusable assets, and mitigate technology risks while supporting continuous improvement across IRRA.

Sell and consult on treasury management solutions to prospective and existing clients. Develop market strategy, prepare presentations, oversee service implementations, meet sales and retention goals, and recommend cross-sell opportunities.
