Implements virtual and in-person leadership development programming for 100 college scholarship participants. Responsibilities include participant support, cohort communications, recruitment and selection, vendor and contract management, event logistics, project coordination, impact evaluation, data visualization, and storytelling. The role builds student relationships, facilitates programming, manages operational workflows, collaborates with internal teams and external partners, and supports budget reconciliation and program improvement.
