The Finance/Accounting Intern supports financial analysis, accounting, auditing, supply chain finance, commercial finance, treasury, and risk management projects. Potential work includes software implementation and training, reconciliations, journal entries, accounting research, KPI dashboard improvements, market research, sustainability initiatives, real estate research, and sales incentive analysis. The intern collaborates with full-time associates and senior managers during a 10-week summer program.

Develop and maintain enterprise business intelligence, data warehousing, dashboards, analytical reports, and data flows. Gather requirements, create business requirement documents, conduct testing and troubleshooting, and collaborate with IT partners and internal customers. Analyze complex data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for business decisions.

The 32-month Human Resources Development Program uses four eight-month rotations across HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, early careers, learning and development, total rewards, HR business partnering, and belonging. Participants support HR programs, collaborate with leaders, diagnose organizational needs, develop solutions, build professional connections, and receive coaching and senior-leader exposure. Supports HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational change, employee feedback analysis, career pathing, HR communications, talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, engagement, belonging, and HR benchmarking research.

Leads solution architecture for an assigned IT portfolio, translating business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and implementation strategies. Collaborates with business leaders, enterprise architecture, product owners, and project managers to support new capabilities and operational initiatives. Evaluates organizational and financial impacts, guides technology decisions, supports agile teams, and leads cross-functional stakeholders through system upgrades, outages, patches, and architectural planning.

Manage distributed pricing operations for branded products, including contracted and non-contracted customer pricing, discrepancy resolution, escalations, reporting, analysis, SOP documentation, and process optimization. Lead staff, translate strategy into execution, collaborate with sales, customers, vendors, and representatives, and implement policies and efficiency improvements. The role also includes hiring, performance management, training, resource planning, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Supports sales partners by leading product trials, conversions, and clinical product program implementations. Manages project workflows, customer expectations, timelines, issue resolution, and status communications across customers, sales teams, product teams, and internal stakeholders. Builds customer relationships, conducts weekly business-status meetings, coordinates resources, and develops presentations for varied audiences. The role requires substantial business travel within and outside the assigned state.

Provide onsite HR administrative support including HR reporting, recruitment coordination (interviews, background checks, eVerify), employee records and training tracking, I-9 audit and compliance maintenance, leave and workers' compensation follow-up, and maintaining personnel files.

Leads Ironclad contract lifecycle management initiatives, including stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, workflow automation, integrations, data and gap analysis, testing, release management, monitoring, incident resolution, and production support. Serves as a technical lead and proxy product owner, mentors business analysts, coordinates cross-functional teams, documents solutions, and improves delivery processes and system reliability.
