Advise multinational clients on global equity compensation and employee stock plans. Draft and negotiate equity, executive compensation, employment, and deferred compensation documents; address international tax, securities, employment, labor, regulatory, and data privacy issues; support M&A, IPOs, spin-offs, and other transactions; conduct multi-jurisdictional legal research; coordinate with local counsel; and collaborate across corporate, tax, employment, privacy, and benefits practices.
