Lead HR operations for 2nd shift at the Retail Support Center: advise managers on employee relations, conduct investigations, manage performance, benefits, LOAs and workers' comp, run orientations and engagement activities, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support HR initiatives and events.

Lead accounting for a multi-entity $800M+ retail organization: own financial reporting, month/quarter/year close, GAAP compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and consolidate results. Build and scale the accounting team, partner with senior leadership and FP&A, drive process and systems improvements, and support integrations and strategic initiatives.
