As a Designer II, you will assist in creative design processes, generate drawings, conduct research, and coordinate with teams while adhering to project standards and timelines.

Serve as Operations and Project Managers' right-hand: organize and oversee Project Coordinator team, manage project data and templates, coordinate invoicing and contracts, support training and development, track project status/invoicing/schedules, produce meeting minutes, and perform administrative and operations tasks to ensure deadlines and processes are met.
