We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Designer III to join a highly collaborative and dynamic design team with opportunities for growth. The ideal individual will have 5-8+ years of experience and be a self-starter with strong project architect skills. Professionals with experience in highly technical projects and a strong interest in healthcare are welcome to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of project complexity to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.
- Develops creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions while participating as an integral member of the design team.
- Coordinates drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Analyzes product research and identifies material selections.
- Takes an active role in crafting client and non-client design presentation sand prepares corresponding materials.
- Implements a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects, within the scope of schedule and budget, in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
- Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.
- Supports growth of others.
