Manage and report project financials for construction projects: reconcile accounts, produce cash flow and cost-to-complete reports, verify change orders and payment requests, track bonds/insurance and project documentation, maintain PMIS (e-Builder), review AIA payment applications, monitor budgets versus actuals, support forecasting, collaborate with project teams and periodically visit project sites.

Provide operational HR support across compensation, people analytics, recruiting, internships, learning & development, HR helpdesk, onboarding/offboarding, and maintenance of HR systems and reporting to ensure data accuracy and timely execution of HR processes.

Lead end-to-end analytics, data engineering, and AI-enabled implementations for mid-market construction clients. As an intern, you will provide international tax consulting, assist with compliance for US companies, and engage with tax teams to enhance your tax knowledge.
