Manages plant-level human resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy compliance, HRIS records, benefits administration, training, audits, safety reporting, and return-to-work programs. Partners with plant leadership and Corporate HR on workforce planning, legal compliance, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. Supervises administrative staff through a dotted reporting line and may travel up to 10%.

Provides customer support through phone and virtual chat by educating customers, resolving concerns, documenting interactions, handling complex requests, and following up proactively. The role requires active listening, empathy, professionalism, timely issue resolution, accurate account updates, and collaboration within a hybrid contact center environment. Employees also complete assigned tasks, attend meetings, maintain a safe workspace, and support continuous improvement through customer feedback.

Leads enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, cash flow management, executive and lender reporting, business intelligence, KPI reporting, and strategic financial analysis. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve profitability, operational performance, liquidity, capital allocation, and enterprise value. Manages FP&A and Business Intelligence teams while driving finance transformation, reporting automation, advanced analytics, and responsible AI adoption.
