Manage month-end and year-end close, maintain and reconcile the general ledger, oversee accounts payable and payroll backup, review financial statements, ensure GAAP/ASC 606 compliance for nonprofit revenue, prepare audit workpapers, lead and coach accounting staff, and support process improvements and system implementations.

Process and reconcile high-volume credit card and cash donations, maintain daily logs and reports, investigate discrepancies, perform data entry, assist with DMS/DRIVE system tasks, file and purge deposit records, and provide backup support during peak campaigns.

Manage design and execution of civic and interfaith leadership programs and events. Coordinate speakers, partners, logistics, budgets, alumni engagement, and cross-department collaboration to strengthen community relationships and program impact.
