Lead and grow a systems integration and test team to develop vehicle integration and test campaigns, manage technical milestones and schedules, evaluate and implement vehicle changes, and remain hands-on during integration and test to ensure flight readiness and increasing flight cadence.

Lead design, analysis, integration, test, launch, reentry, and recovery of electromechanical flight hardware for multi-payload missions. Perform structural, thermal, and fluid analyses, build and test prototypes/flight hardware, drive requirements/verification, coordinate cross-functional teams, lead mission operations and post-flight teardowns, and mentor junior engineers.

Own vehicle integration and test campaigns to validate flight readiness. Create and execute build/test procedures and schedules, manage system budgets, drive change implementation, own avionics/harness design, and operate vehicles in space while coordinating across engineering teams.

Own and optimize manufacturing processes for composite and metallic structural assemblies, create process documentation and tooling, enforce contamination control, lead non-conformance investigations, improve production flow, and coordinate incoming material inspections to scale aerospace vehicle production.

Design, analyze, build, and test primary and secondary spaceflight and reentry structures. Perform hand calculations and FEA, create CAD models and production drawings, develop tooling, run qualification tests, manage hardware delivery, and mentor junior engineers.

Own end-to-end manufacturing and integration for mission-critical payload systems. Develop work instructions, process specs, and acceptance tests; implement contamination control; interface with customers and design teams; lead root cause analysis and MRB dispositions; and coordinate payload readiness with vehicle integration to meet launch schedules and quality standards.

Produce flight safety analyses and regulatory strategy for FAA Part 450 and range safety licensing. Perform failure-mode trajectory modeling, debris/casualty analysis, FHA/FMEA, safety cases, and Methods of Compliance. Serve as flight safety responsible engineer during rehearsals and live operations, set real-time safety limits and mission rules, and deliver vehicle-level regulatory documentation for reentry licenses.

Lead end-to-end GNC development for spacecraft, from design and simulation through hardware-in-the-loop testing and flight. Perform trajectory and dispersion analysis, ADCS sizing, Monte Carlo studies, and develop 6-DOF simulations. Integrate and test sensors/actuators, support on-orbit and reentry operations, and coordinate with external agencies.

Design, build, test, and deliver electromechanical payload hardware for orbital operation and hypersonic reentry. Own hardware from concept through recovery, run structural/thermal/fluid analyses, integrate with avionics and software, perform hands-on prototyping and testing, generate requirements and test documentation, and support mission operations and post-flight teardown.

Support university recruiting operations: build and maintain contact decks, prepare swag and logistics for career fairs, travel to on-campus events, coordinate and schedule interviews, take structured notes, track recruiting metrics, and assist with team communications and meeting scheduling.
