Part-time Costume Designer (20 hrs/week) for a university Dance Program creating and altering costumes for four annual productions. Duties include sewing, pattern-making, costume crafts, purchases/rentals, storage/organization, collaborating with choreographers and costume shop staff, and attending tech/dress rehearsals.

Manage Campus Ministry facilities, tech, budgets, and office operations while leading front-desk student staff and coordinating events, vendors, and university-wide outreach to ensure a welcoming, mission-centered environment for students and guests.

Manage purchasing, expediting, cost-control, and vendor relations for Administrative Services. Prepare purchase orders, RFQs, price analyses, inventory verification, reconcile invoices, monitor budgets, produce reports, and support project meetings and procedural improvements.

Lead cross-functional implementation of responsible AI and innovative technologies across teaching, learning, research, and operations. Manage AI strategy, pilots, vendor evaluation, governance, security/privacy and data readiness. Supervise and mentor law students while investigating and litigating wrongful conviction and post-conviction cases. Develop investigation plans and litigation strategies, draft legal pleadings, conduct witness interviews, represent clients in hearings across Southern California, and support legislative advocacy and public education.

Manage development, execution, and record-keeping of partnership agreements; provide administrative, scheduling, financial, and logistical support; coordinate communications, events, workflows, and stakeholder engagement across the School of Education.

Provide one-on-one career coaching and develop professional development programs for business and entrepreneurship students. Partner with faculty and alumni, cultivate employer relationships, coordinate large-scale networking events and experiential opportunities, manage and mentor student staff, teach internship/job-preparedness courses, and represent the university in professional associations to advance student career readiness.
