Provide administrative and operational support for the LMU Children’s Center including enrollment and facilities support, tuition and account reconciliation, financial reporting, contract management, supervising student workers, customer service, fundraising assistance, and special projects to support daily center operations.

Support the Dean's Office as primary HR liaison for faculty and staff contracts, recruitment, and compensation. Manage Workday transactions, faculty searches, rank/tenure processes, budget/purchasing tasks, records, and confidential HR communications. Coordinate logistics for searches, process payments and invoices, reconcile expenses, and develop SOPs and templates to ensure compliance with university policies.

Lead strategy and delivery for staff-facing enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Adaptive, ServiceNow). Manage a cross-functional team, drive process optimization, vendor/contracts oversight, governance alignment, analytics-driven improvements, change management, and both Agile and Waterfall project delivery to improve staff productivity and service quality.

Lead and execute the School of Film and Television's communications strategy, produce and edit college publications and web content, manage social media and media relations, cultivate faculty and media relationships, coordinate with MarComm teams on marketing and digital efforts, provide event photography coordination, prepare talking points and executive summaries, and manage projects, staff, and editorial schedules to raise the school's visibility.

Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager to manage plans, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance. Facilitate pre-construction and construction meetings, perform daily site visits, verify work against plans and specs, manage project documentation (RFIs, change orders), coordinate with campus departments to minimize disruption, represent LMU externally, and perform other assigned duties to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Provide expert instructional technology support to Loyola Law School faculty and staff, focusing on Brightspace LMS. Collaborate on course design for in-person, hybrid, and online modalities, deliver training and consultations, evaluate and pilot educational tools, ensure accessibility and universal design, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to curriculum-aligned digital pedagogy and faculty development.

Provide high-level administrative support to the College Dean's Office: manage calendars, travel, meetings, records, communications, and budgets; prepare reports, agendas, minutes, and confidential correspondence; coordinate events and logistics; supervise student employees and perform bookkeeping and other office duties to ensure efficient daily operations.

Lead and expand strategic partnerships, manage the Career Trek program, coordinate employer and alumni engagement, supervise Events and Promotions Coordinator, and oversee event logistics, promotion systems, and departmental budgets. Collaborate with cross-campus teams on communications, marketing, and career readiness resources while representing CPD externally and supporting university initiatives.

Teach undergraduate interactive design courses (digital arts, UX, web-based arts, creative coding). Develop project-based curricula, mentor students, maintain scholarly/creative productivity, submit a digital portfolio, and provide service to the Multimedia Arts program. One-year non-tenure-track appointment with typical load of three classes; MFA and at least two years college teaching experience required.

Lead retention initiatives for at-risk continuing students, coordinate outreach and data-informed communications, collaborate with Registrar, Financial Aid, and academic units, manage leave/readmission processes, evaluate readmission applications, and implement onboarding for returning students to improve degree progression and completion.
