Lead and execute digital marketing strategies across social, paid search, email, and display; maintain and update the website; develop content strategy; optimize SEO/SEM and paid initiatives; analyze performance and report insights; manage budget and collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams; engage patient advocacy groups and prioritize patient education.

Manage day-to-day relationships at high-priority hospital and health system accounts to drive test volume growth. Partner with Business Development Executives to execute account strategies, optimize lab workflows and specimen logistics, conduct business reviews, resolve operational barriers, document CRM activity, surface competitive intelligence, and represent Belay at clinical meetings. Ensure exceptional customer experience and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate testing into clinical pathways.
