Provide administrative and operational support to three Senior VPs: manage calendars and travel, coordinate meetings, prepare materials and presentations, process expenses, invoices, vendors and contracts, handle staffing/credentials for events, maintain inventory, and draft correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.

The Coordinator, Accounting supports financial transactions by assisting with journal entries, reconciliations, month-end activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

Lead the NFL's long-range planning and enterprise strategy, assess market and technology trends (including AI), evaluate growth platforms and partnerships, develop scenarios and executive materials, advise senior leaders and business units, align strategy with finance and investments, and manage a team of corporate strategy professionals to drive long-term value creation.

Support broadcast compliance and ad policy processes: monitor live NFL broadcasts for partner compliance, onboard and schedule screeners, audit logs, prepare reports and clips, assist with promo inventory, meetings, presentations, and other departmental tasks.

Provide administrative and operational support to Management Council SVPs and the Player Care Foundation, including document management, expense processing (Concur), grant and payment processing (Zengine), communications, event and travel logistics, records management, proofreading, and general office duties. Support requires strong confidentiality, Excel skills, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

The Senior Coordinator, Finance will oversee financial planning and analysis for Global Partnerships, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and providing insights for leadership decisions while ensuring financial accuracy and collaboration across departments.

The Associate, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting aids in accounting operations, ensuring compliance with standards and collaborating with management on financial reporting and internal controls.
