Maintain Azure servers and services, manage Intune device policies, implement conditional access and Group Policy, troubleshoot networks and AD, support virtualization, Office 365, MFA, and assist with VoIP and VLAN deployments.

Drive new business and manage an assigned book of IT/MSP accounts. Prospect, conduct discovery, create roadmaps, lead renewals and QBRs, coordinate with technical teams, manage escalations, maintain CRM, and identify upsell opportunities.

Drive AI-related revenue by developing go-to-market strategy, qualifying and closing SMB/mid-market deals, partnering with technical teams and vendors, creating AI-focused marketing content, training sales teams, maintaining CRM pipeline, and representing the company at events. Travel up to 50%.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable: process invoices and expense reimbursements, generate client invoices and collections, reconcile vendor statements, maintain transaction records, prepare aging and AP/AR reports, support month-/year-end closes and audits, and assist cash flow forecasting.
