Provide hands-on in-house legal support focused on high-volume commercial contracting, NDA management, multi-entity corporate governance, legal ops, and M&A diligence. Streamline legal processes, maintain corporate records and data rooms, support audits, compliance, incident response, and advise leadership while coordinating with external counsel and cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, HR, Security).

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, and events. Coordinate post-sales service for assigned accounts, ensure SLAs and responsiveness, communicate across teams (technicians, warehouse, sales), validate shipments and invoicing, follow up on tickets until resolution, and continually improve processes to maximize customer satisfaction.

Provide onsite and remote IT support for clients including hardware installation and maintenance, ticket triage and resolution, ConnectWise recordkeeping, client communication, and collaboration across teams. Travel regularly to client sites and headquarters for training; maintain a 40-hour work week with flexibility for after-hours projects.

Sell managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud managed services to public-sector and commercial clients. Own full sales cycle, generate pipeline, manage RFP responses, negotiate contracts, and hand off new clients to onboarding. Maintain HubSpot CRM, produce quotes with QuoteWerks, report with BrightGauge, and engage a Public Sector Advisory Council to drive referrals and credibility.

Provide on-site and remote IT support for SMB clients across LA County. Maintain Azure servers and services, manage Intune device policies, implement conditional access and Group Policy, troubleshoot networks and AD, support virtualization, Office 365, MFA, and assist with VoIP and VLAN deployments.
