Implement and configure case management software (forms, searches, workflows, business rules) using Groovy and Velocity. Gather requirements for data conversions, documents, and reports; support development, testing, and review. Provide client training, onsite go-live assistance, troubleshooting, and escalation. Work with Java, Windows Server, relational databases, and REST/SOAP APIs. Track work in Jira and collaborate within a Scrum team.

Provide product training and enablement, act as front-line technical escalation for platform issues, reproduce and triage complex defects, partner with engineering to validate fixes, maintain documentation and knowledge bases, and create self-service resources to improve onboarding and reduce support volume.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test strategies and cases, drive regression testing, identify and track defects, collaborate with development and stakeholders, report QA metrics, and mentor junior QA members to ensure reliable, high-quality software delivery.

The Senior Software Implementation Specialist will lead technical implementations, configure software, support data conversion, and provide training and support during go-lives.
