Serve as admin and SME for the promotional asset work management system: vet and assign video/image requests, manage data integrity and assignments, onboard/train users, maintain workflows and documentation, liaise with marketing/broadcast stakeholders, and support process improvements and team initiatives.

Provide high-level executive support to the EVP of Corporate Communications and serve as the department operations coordinator. Manage complex calendars, travel, expense reports, and executive communications; coordinate team workflows, meetings, events, budgets, vendor payments, and onboarding; support media monitoring, internal communications, content calendars, newsletters, and special projects to ensure smooth cross-functional alignment.
