Provides phone and email support to law enforcement clients using Penlink software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and operating-system issues, documenting interactions and resolutions in a CRM, escalating tickets, collaborating with internal teams, and managing client expectations. The role requires strong communication, logical problem-solving, process adherence, and the ability to learn new applications and workflows quickly.

Designs and develops Oracle- or PostgreSQL-backed database solutions, including relational models, SQL queries, views, stored procedures, indexes, and partitioning. Optimizes performance, reliability, and scalability; performs data quality checks; resolves integrity issues and database defects; supports application developers; documents schemas and changes; participates in code reviews; and mentors junior database engineers. The role is hybrid, requiring two days weekly in the Lincoln, Nebraska office.

Designs and maintains reliable data pipelines and processing systems for high-volume telecommunications and digital evidence data. Builds data infrastructure supporting AI models and analytics, develops schemas and data models, optimizes performance and scalability, and monitors data quality. Collaborates with AI, data science, and software engineering teams, documents architecture, and follows secure practices for sensitive law enforcement data.

Supports Product Managers by researching customer and market needs, translating insights into requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria, and helping prioritize features and manage backlogs. Partners with engineering, UX, QA, data science, sales, and other teams throughout development. Participates in Agile ceremonies, testing, releases, and post-launch analysis while building product management expertise.

Own and manage U.S. governance, risk, and compliance workstreams across FedRAMP, CMMC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, TX-RAMP, and CJIS. Lead documentation, evidence collection, audits, risk assessments, vulnerability remediation, policy governance, vendor risk, and continuous monitoring. Coordinate with assessors, technical teams, control owners, and business stakeholders while tracking remediation and reporting risks. The role requires hands-on compliance leadership, strong NIST SP 800-53 knowledge, and independent management of multiple concurrent workstreams.
