Support affordable housing syndication team by managing electronic due diligence files, coordinating closings and signatures, preparing closing binders, handling corporate entity formation and filings, drafting routine legal documents (resolutions, incumbency certificates), managing loan document drafts and UCC terminations, and coordinating reporting and bank account setup with internal teams.

Provide administrative support for compliance management including collecting and organizing transaction and program documentation, coordinating reporting across departments, assisting with state and federal agency correspondence and filings, tracking reporting requirements and deadlines, and researching transactional information to update company data.

Support syndication of tax credit transactions from analysis through close: review financial models, prepare investor materials, assist pricing/allocation, research institutional investors, and maintain investor communications.
