Assist with transaction negotiation and structuring, and prepare and present investment memoranda. The role offers exposure to private equity deal execution and requires strong communication, initiative, organization, autonomy, and teamwork.

Support compliance reporting and tracking by collecting and organizing transaction and program documentation, coordinating internal and external reporting, assisting with state and federal agency correspondence and filings, researching transactional data, and tracking reporting requirements and deadlines.

Support affordable housing syndication team by managing electronic due diligence files, coordinating closings and signatures, preparing closing binders, handling corporate entity formation and filings, drafting routine legal documents (resolutions, incumbency certificates), managing loan document drafts and UCC terminations, and coordinating reporting and bank account setup with internal teams.
