In the Member Experience team, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance member experience through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Source assigned parts by running RFQs, comparing supplier quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, building cost models, qualifying suppliers, and tracking supplier cost, delivery, quality, and risk. Responsibilities include developing content strategy and calendars, scripting, filming, editing, copywriting, publishing, community engagement, trend participation, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis. The role requires turning technical energy topics, customer stories, products, employees, and company news into engaging platform-native content while managing fast-moving workflows and deadlines.

Supports the creative team by shooting, editing, and producing video content for product, homeowner, installation, social, paid, and organic channels. Helps develop ideas from loose briefs, contributes to campaigns and productions, organizes footage and creative assets, and uses AI and emerging tools to improve workflows. The role offers hands-on experience in storytelling, visual production, and content creation within a fast-paced startup environment.

Design creative for paid ads, brand campaigns, and marketing initiatives; build reusable Figma templates and creative libraries; conduct competitive research; and collaborate with designers and marketers to refine concepts using performance data and creative judgment.

MBA intern supporting high-priority business operations initiatives, including acquisition integration, market or product entry, commercial partnerships, and forecasting. The role involves structuring ambiguous problems, building models and scoreboards, analyzing company data with SQL and AI tools, writing decision memos, and coordinating cross-functional owners. The intern will work closely with engineering, market operations, manufacturing, accounting, and customer operations teams, including hands-on exposure to installations and manufacturing operations.
