Lead development and optimization of real-time computer vision and ML models for autonomous turret drone detection, tracking, and classification. Integrate algorithms with embedded hardware and sensors, conduct robust testing across environments, and harden prototypes to military-grade systems.

Design, prototype, and validate high-performance power electronics and motor drives using SiFET/GaN devices. Own schematic capture and Altium PCB layout, run SPICE simulations, perform hardware bring-up and EMI/EMC debugging, and collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems teams to integrate and document power systems.

Implement real-time motion control for an autonomous turret: convert vision outputs into precise, safe actuation via control loops, calibration, coordinate transforms, and motion safety constraints. Optimize low-latency performance and define robust software/hardware actuation contracts.

Lead and build the FP&A function: own financial planning, rolling forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses, board/investor reporting, monthly variance analysis, and cash forecasting. Partner with Manufacturing, Government Contracts, and Operations to maintain budgets, design FP&A systems and templates, and mentor analysts as the function scales.

Lead and grow an electrical engineering team while remaining hands-on in schematic capture, PCB layout, power electronics, motor drives, embedded computing, and networking. Coordinate across mechanical, firmware, and systems engineering, work with manufacturing to resolve issues, and maintain high standards for quality and field-ready hardware.

Design and execute system-level test plans for autonomous weapon platforms, run integrated hardware/software evaluations, capture and post-process data, debug and isolate faults, improve test procedures and instrumentation, and produce defensible evidence packages to support requirement closure.

Create and maintain detailed SolidWorks 3D models, drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and part libraries. Apply GD&T and tolerancing to produce manufacturable designs, support engineers through prototyping and revisions, and collaborate with fabrication teams to resolve production issues and maintain revision-controlled documentation.

Hands-on role integrating electrical subsystems, performing system bring-up, debugging Linux and STM32 firmware, diagnosing signal and power issues with lab instrumentation, developing and executing test procedures, supporting field testing, building test fixtures and automation, and validating hardware revisions.
