Lead internal communications strategy and execution, manage channels (Slack, newsletters, town halls), partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, drive culture and storytelling campaigns, manage communications during change/crisis, set KPIs, gather employee feedback, and optimize engagement and sentiment.

Plan and execute structured field tests for autonomous surface vessels, perform real-time troubleshooting, maintain vessels and telemetry systems, own data logging and post-mission analysis, and coordinate across software, hardware, and systems teams to improve product performance and meet DoD standards.

Lead build and integration for autonomous surface vessels, bridging design and production. Design and optimize vessel structures/systems, manage CAD models, coordinate ECOs, resolve non-conformances, support integration of autonomy, participate in design reviews, and support sea-trials and regulatory documentation.

Serve as primary contact for customers of Saronic's Marauder USV platform, handle inbound technical support across channels, perform structured troubleshooting, log cases in Salesforce, triage/escalate issues, participate in product training, and contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.

Maintain and extend the Palantir Foundry platform, collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, build secure, timely data models and integrations using Foundry, and support analytics, CI/CD, and product lifecycle workflows in Agile environments.

Design, test, and implement electrical systems for autonomous vessels. Support prototyping, design for manufacturability, resolve manufacturing discrepancies, participate in reviews, source vendors, and drive system-level reliability and manufacturability improvements.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable training for autonomous maritime systems. Conduct needs analysis, storyboard and create eLearning/ILT/blended content, assessments, and simulations. Partner with SMEs, manage versioning in the LMS, enable instructors, measure proficiency, and continuously improve training based on performance data and operational requirements.
