Serves as the group’s subject matter expert and supports business development and successful project execution.

Leads capture, planning, execution, and delivery of complex electronic systems and microelectronics programs supporting national security missions. Manages cost, schedule, technical performance, resources, risks, customer relationships, contracts, proposals, quality processes, and multidisciplinary teams.
