Lead detailed design and support of complex RF/microwave products across lifecycle. Provide technical proposal input, product support, troubleshooting, test/simulation, RCA, production transfer, and mentor engineers while acting as technical lead.

Design, analyze, prototype, and test mechanical subsystems and rugged server hardware for military applications. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, thermal and structural analysis, fixture and connector design, PCB layout support, verification testing (thermal, vibration, shock, humidity), BOMs, procurement, failure analysis, and managing engineering change documentation through production release.

Lead component/parts engineering for military and space products: perform component reviews, qualification testing, obsolescence/PCN assessments, supplier management, NSPAR submissions, MRB support, audits, RCCA/CAR activities, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining PMP documentation and compliance.

Design, analyze, and test rugged subsystems and complex PCB assemblies for aerospace/defense. Lead product lifecycle from concept to production, create 3D models and drawings, perform thermal and structural analysis, support environmental testing to MIL‑STD‑810, develop BOMs, manage ECO/ECRs, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement.

Lead product engineering strategy and architecture for defense-grade microelectronics across NPI and sustainment. Drive technology assessments, mentor engineers, oversee complex programs from concept to production, manage technical risk, and influence executive strategy and customer engagements.

Support development of edge processing solutions for space, RF, mixed-signal, and electronic warfare products. Perform requirements development, interface definition, integration, verification and validation across program lifecycle as part of IPTs. Collaborate with program management and operations, and obtain DoD Secret clearance. Travel up to 20%.

Lead design, development, verification, and bring-up of rugged, high-reliability embedded digital board-level hardware for aerospace and defense. Own architectures using high-speed interfaces (FPGA, PCIe, DDR, Ethernet), mentor junior engineers, collaborate with CAD/SI and manufacturing, and drive producibility, test, and verification from concept to production.

Lead Mercury's global tradeshow and events portfolio end-to-end: set strategy, objectives and KPIs; manage budgets, vendors and logistics; run ~20 flagship events annually; collaborate with Marketing, Growth and leadership; establish ROI scorecards and continuous improvement; support EMEA operations and industry partnerships.
