Lead technical design and delivery of mission‑critical embedded digital hardware from concept through production. Architect high‑speed, ruggedized systems (FPGAs, secure processors, DDR5, PCIe, 400G Ethernet), drive verification, mentor teams, and advise leadership on technical risk, cost, and schedule for defense/aerospace products.

Design and develop board-level digital circuits and modules from concept through production, focusing on embedded hardware, high-speed interfaces, FPGA/microprocessor integration, troubleshooting, schematic capture, and collaboration with PCB/CAD/SI and manufacturing teams for rugged aerospace and defense platforms.

Lead detailed design of RF circuits, modules, and subsystems for defense/aerospace products. Provide technical leadership, resolve complex manufacturing/test issues, transfer designs to production, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across teams.

Lead HR strategy and a team of HR business partners for Operations and Mission Assurance. Drive talent, succession, org design, performance and compensation, change management, and partner with COEs to deliver HR solutions across US and European locations. Coach senior leaders and support operations/production environments.

Perform systems engineering for RF, mixed-signal, embedded and electronic warfare products across full program lifecycle: requirements, architecture, interface definition, verification/validation, technical baseline management, and production transition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and travel up to 20%.

Lead development and execution of verification and validation tests for ruggedized servers and secure software in aerospace/defense. Design test procedures to military standards, perform functional/environmental/stress/security testing, integrate software/hardware validation, document test plans/reports, support test tooling and equipment, and coordinate across engineering, program management, and mission assurance teams.

Provide technical leadership for RF/microwave product troubleshooting in manufacturing and development, support producibility and design updates, assist engineering projects, collaborate with program management, operations, supply chain, and quality to resolve assembly, test, and integration issues for defense/aerospace programs.

Design, analyze, prototype, and qualify rugged RF/microwave electromechanical hardware for defense applications. Own mechanical packaging, EMI/thermal/structural interfaces, verification plans, test support, producibility, and cross-functional collaboration from proposal through production.

Manage order review and processing for government and prime purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, revenue setup, invoicing milestones, and cross-functional alignment. Support quarter-end, audits, ad-hoc reporting, process improvements, and special projects to drive timely, efficient order booking and billing.
