Lead architecture and end-to-end board‑level hardware design for ruggedized, high‑speed embedded systems (FPGA, secure processing, 400G+ Ethernet, PCIe Gen5+, DDR5). Define engineering standards, ensure DFM/DFA/DFT, collaborate across disciplines, support proposals, and mentor engineering teams to deliver reliable defense/aerospace products.

Lead product lifecycle from concept to production, create 3D models and drawings, perform thermal and structural analysis, support environmental testing to MIL‑STD‑810, develop BOMs, manage ECO/ECRs, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement.
