Supports attorneys and staff with Reveal eDiscovery technology, maintains secure and defensible workflows, coordinates multiple matters and deadlines, and improves processes through automation and emerging technologies. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, confidentiality, and client-service skills.

Advise clients on general business matters, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, commercial contracts, and entity formation. Counsel emerging growth companies and startups throughout their business lifecycle while managing transactions, negotiations, securities law matters, and client relationships. Develop an independent practice within a collaborative corporate law department.
