Lead Salesforce administration and optimization for Sales Cloud, manage Quote-to-Cash integrations, write technical/functional specs, troubleshoot data and integration issues, drive adoption of Einstein/AI features, produce training materials, and support release management and stakeholder collaboration.

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and O2C. Design integrations using OIC, APIs, EDI and file interfaces; define reference architectures, security, data migration and compliance (SOX/ITGC). Drive roadmaps, chair architecture reviews, mentor teams, oversee implementations, troubleshoot production issues, and liaise with stakeholders and Oracle Support in a high-growth fabless semiconductor environment.

Coordinate recruiting operations and interview scheduling, maintain ATS accuracy, support offer processes and recruiting analytics. Proactively source and engage technical and early-career candidates, screen resumes, build pipelines, track sourcing metrics, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve processes and candidate experience.
