Lead a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering team supporting spacecraft assembly, integration, and production. Develop controlled process plans, work instructions, routings, BOMs, tooling, fixtures, and layouts; troubleshoot production issues; conduct root cause investigations; improve quality, throughput, ergonomics, and repeatability; ensure EBOM/MBOM/PBOM alignment; provide DFMA feedback; mentor engineers; and introduce scalable manufacturing technologies and automation. The role requires substantial on-site production-floor work in Golden, Colorado.

Oversee supplier performance, change control, compliance, risk mitigation, and integration with program schedules and quality requirements to support aerospace hardware production and testing.

Manage full sales lifecycle for Loft's space mission services across the Americas: generate and qualify leads, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and support accounts during program execution. Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and engineering teams to craft mission solutions for commercial and institutional customers.
