Build and operate Level99’s cloud and venue infrastructure across multiple locations. Responsibilities include CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud networking, Ansible and AWX fleet management, monitoring, logging, alerting, IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, incident response, and production support. The role also supports systems interfacing with venue hardware and establishes documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.

Design, prototype, and test physical gameplay elements; create detailed 3D models and drawing packages; troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems; coordinate with internal teams and external fabricators; oversee production, installation, and documentation to ensure safe, reliable, and on-brand game experiences.

Manage and maintain POS, inventory, and reporting systems across multi-location venues (Toast, xtraCHEF). Troubleshoot support issues, own integrations and vendor relationships, deliver performance reporting, build training materials, and lead technology setups for new venue openings.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of network and infrastructure for multiple venues. Manage network security, EDR monitoring, hardware/server staging, MDM, OS administration (Windows, MacOS, Android, Ubuntu), vendor procurement, and on-call incident response. Ensure high availability, virtualization, SD-WAN, and WiFi administration across sites.
