Recruit and activate partners, generate qualified partner-sourced sales pipeline, establish referral agreements, enable co-selling, and track conversion and revenue metrics. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success to improve partner performance, represent market feedback, and create scalable partnership processes in a PE-backed growth environment.

Own full sales cycle to acquire new logos and expand revenue. Build targeted outbound/inbound pipeline, run consultative discovery with complex buyers, orchestrate cross-functional teams, maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting, and close multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in a regulated SaaS environment.
