The Senior Director, IT Project Management oversees project planning, execution, and quality management, leading a team to ensure IT projects align with organizational goals and standards.

Lead chapter-level implementation of community programs to expand Alzheimer’s awareness, education, and support. Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers and staff, cultivate community and donor partnerships, develop data-informed impact plans, manage budgets/grants, and drive outreach in underrepresented and rural communities.

Provide administrative support to executive leadership, manage day-to-day office operations, handle mail and vendor liaison, assist donor relations and event logistics, support volunteer recruitment/onboarding, and create collateral and social media postings.

Manages administrative and operational support for the West Virginia chapter, including office operations, records, calendars, travel and expenses, vendors, volunteers, events, program logistics, communications, mail and revenue processing, invoice payment, and basic onsite IT support. The role also coordinates fundraising and walk initiatives, supports executive leadership, maintains databases and program data, and improves office policies and procedures.

Provide administrative support to Executive Director and chapter staff for Tulsa and Oklahoma City offices. Manage meetings, travel, board documentation, legal records, onboarding/I-9s, office supplies, volunteer coordination, and virtual events via Teams/Zoom. Maintain confidentiality and ensure logistics for in-person and virtual meetings across chapter territory.

Manage and expand the Alzheimer's Association community program portfolio by recruiting, coaching, and supporting volunteers; cultivate community partnerships; execute data-informed impact plans; manage budgets and grants; collaborate cross-functionally; and engage underserved communities to increase awareness, education, and support.

Lead and execute integrated marketing for assigned programs, translating complex scientific content into audience-appropriate campaigns. Build strategy, manage projects end-to-end, direct agencies, produce copy/design, set KPIs, analyze performance, and supervise staff while collaborating across a matrixed organization to drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Providence chapter, manage office operations, mailings, supplies and equipment, and maintain databases and websites. Support development and fundraising events (Walk to End Alzheimer's, Do What You Love), assist volunteer recruitment and stewardship, prepare reports, create social media content, and provide customer service to donors and team captains. Occasional evenings, weekends, and local/regional travel required.

Manage and expand community program offerings by recruiting, coaching, and activating volunteers and community partners. Drive measurable growth in underserved and rural areas, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee budgets/grants, evaluate volunteer performance, and represent the Alzheimer’s Association to increase awareness, education, and support.

Lead community outreach and volunteer mobilization to expand Alzheimer’s Association programs across Northeast Ohio. Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers and community partners; develop data-informed community impact plans; manage budgets, grants, timelines, and agreements; collaborate cross-functionally; travel within the assigned territory and support events, evenings, and weekends as needed.
