Design and optimize assembly processes for STS and UPS systems, develop SOPs and work instructions, support assembly teams, troubleshoot production issues, apply lean/Six Sigma for efficiency, identify automation opportunities, ensure quality and compliance, perform root cause analysis, and report production performance.

Responsible for supplier and product quality across manufacturing: supplier qualification and assessments, non-conformance control, root cause analysis, testing and inspection, quality system audits, documentation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Implement low-level drivers, communication stacks, application firmware, support hardware bring-up, debug with lab tools, participate in design verification and regulatory testing, maintain documentation and revision control, and support manufacturing and field issue resolution.

Lead supplier and product quality activities including PPAP/APQP reviews, supplier qualification and assessments, root cause analysis, testing/validation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across incoming, manufacturing, and final inspection.

Manage and submit regulatory, legal, financial, and commercial filings; perform legal and regulatory research for U.S. and Canadian requirements; support certifications, permits, and compliance across Legal, Finance, Operations, EHS, HR, and Supply Chain; maintain corporate records and portal data inputs.

Manage full billing and collections cycle, including invoicing, payment posting, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, collections, AR reporting, month-end support, and process improvement to optimize cash flow.

Manage and grow strategic datacenter accounts by developing account plans, leading cross-functional teams, driving new business, delivering technical and commercial proposals, maintaining pipeline and forecasts, monitoring market trends, and advocating customer requirements internally to align products and services.

Provide technical support and product recommendations to sales teams, reps, distributors, and customers. Troubleshoot issues, conduct site audits, demos, trainings and presentations, prepare reports and proposals, and collaborate with marketing and product teams. Serve as a product expert for Socomec equipment and ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards.

Manage and grow relationships with hyperscaler and NeoCloud data center customers, drive specifications and sales targets, coordinate cross-functional and global account activities, deliver tailored presentations and quotes, use CRM to track engagements, and travel regularly to support strategic account development and international coordination.
