Responsibilities include retaining and expanding revenue, managing renewals, acquiring customers, winning back competitors’ business, and selling TV distribution, clearance, accessibility, traffic, and production services. The role also expands adoption of XR’s broader platform, manages executive relationships, maintains pipeline and forecasts, and partners cross-functionally on enterprise opportunities. Travel is approximately 30%, with onsite or hybrid work in New York City.

Leads legal and compliance operations as the General Counsel’s chief of staff, managing cross-functional projects, legal technology, entity governance, transactions, commercial contracting workflows, risk programs, audits, vendors, and operational metrics. The role improves processes across Legal, HR, Finance, Product, Sales, and executive leadership while supporting global compliance and corporate growth.

Own technical win strategies for enterprise software sales by leading discovery, architecture, demonstrations, APIs, proofs of concept, pilots, RFP responses, and integration planning. Partner with Account Executives on complex deals, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, provide product feedback, coach sales teams, and support enterprise brands and agencies. Travel up to 30% for client workshops and executive meetings.

Partners with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational change, talent management, employee relations, and performance enablement. Manages HR operations, HRIS data, onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, compliance, and California labor requirements. Oversees local office, facilities, vendor, and workplace safety administration while developing retention, engagement, career development, and succession strategies.
