Lead the technical direction and architecture of the Foundations platform team, owning authentication, authorization, SSO, secrets management, tenancy, and core platform services. Build and maintain NetBox Enterprise, an on-premises product suite. Responsibilities include architecting Kubernetes-based high-availability solutions, extending Kubernetes operators, developing lifecycle management tools, building CI/CD pipelines, managing releases, writing Rust and Python, supporting integration testing, documenting deployment practices, and resolving customer deployment and operational issues.

Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with go-to-market goals. Create persona-based content across the funnel, including blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, sales collateral, videos, emails, and web copy. Measure conversion and test content effectiveness while collaborating with product, growth, sales, communications, community, people, customer success, engineering, and product teams to strengthen brand consistency, engagement, and demand generation.

Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, agencies, design, and product teams to generate measurable pipeline. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, data-driven optimization, strong writing, and management of multiple concurrent programs, with emphasis on SaaS, technical audiences, open source, and product-led growth.

Build and scale a sales enablement function for a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Own onboarding, product enablement, launch readiness, and ongoing learning programs. Create sales plays, demo guides, certifications, and role-specific learning paths. Deploy AI and automation to make product knowledge discoverable and continuously updated. Partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive seller productivity, reduce ramp time, and measure enablement impact through KPIs.

Drive revenue through partner channels by hunting partner-sourced opportunities, building and forecasting pipeline, co-selling with account executives, onboarding and expanding VAR/SI/technology partners, running joint GTM campaigns, coaching partner sellers, and maintaining accurate partner/CRM data.

Lead and scale strategic technology alliances with top partners (Cisco, Red Hat, Nvidia, HPE, Arista, Itential). Drive executive access, joint go-to-market programs, route-to-market placements, partner integrations, and KPI-driven alliance governance while coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing globally.
