Administer and optimize Salesforce architecture, data models, permissions, automation, integrations, reporting, and data quality. Build and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows, assess downstream impacts, reduce technical debt, and strengthen governance and documentation. Partner with RevOps, GTM, Finance, Customer Success, and Support teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions and provide ongoing technical support.

Support accounts payable, state sales tax filings and registrations, broader tax compliance, and monthly close activities. Responsibilities include invoice review, payment processing, reconciliations, accruals, amortization, and coordinating with external tax advisors. The role also identifies opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows in a fast-growing, remote technology company.
