Lead global indirect tax (VAT/GST/sales & use) for a multi-entity company: build compliance processes and registrations, design reclaim workflows, advise on transaction structuring and cross-border flows, and automate tax determination and filings through tax engines and ERP systems.

Lead technical accounting for revenue, leases, project finance, and equity; produce GAAP financial statements and manage close cycles; establish policies, controls, and audit support; partner cross-functionally to structure and account for complex transactions and prepare the company for audit and public-company readiness.

Own ASC 606 revenue accounting for complex usage-based, subscription, and infrastructure contracts. Review contracts pre-signature, run monthly revenue close (billing, deferrals, recognition), build NetSuite revenue automation, and partner with deal desk to scale accounting processes and controls.

Lead reliability engineering for a reference design: build and validate availability and RAM models, run cross-discipline FMEAs, quantify failure rates and redundancy trade-offs, and close the loop by feeding fleet field-failure data back into designs to improve maintainability and uptime.

Lead the R&D TPM function to turn modular and behind-the-meter designs into buildable, scheduled programs. Manage portfolio dependencies across mechanical, electrical, controls, and modeling workstreams, provide executive visibility, build the TPM team and operating system, and ensure program artifacts and recovery plans keep schedules on track.

Execute hardware qualification programs: run test plans, collect and document data, maintain and operate test benches and lab infrastructure, log and triage reproducible failures, and keep lab inventory and environments calibrated and ready.
