The Director of Technology Development is responsible for overseeing technology architecture, systems engineering, network engineering, IT operations, and team leadership to ensure operational stability and integration across platforms.

Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned Naples territory to generate leads, educate residents on NOVOS FiBER broadband and fiber services, close new customer accounts, maintain sales records, meet monthly targets, build HOA relationships, collaborate with sales/marketing, and provide exceptional customer service.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will conduct door-to-door sales, promote broadband services, and meet sales targets while building customer relationships.
