Manages and expands Darkhorse Tech’s dental-industry client base across the assigned territory. Responsibilities include visiting prospects and clients, identifying needs, presenting and closing solutions, conducting QBRs, preparing proposals, resolving customer issues, building referral networks, and proactively addressing service concerns. The role collaborates with technical and sales teams, spends approximately 75% of its time in the field, and requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and IT knowledge.

Coordinates multiple IT projects by tracking tasks, tickets, schedules, timelines, and commitments. Communicates with clients, vendors, technicians, procurement, and internal teams; follows up on open items; coordinates onsite and remote work; monitors equipment and deliverables; manages expectations; escalates risks; supports process documentation and team training. The role emphasizes organization, client communication, accountability, confidentiality, and timely follow-through rather than technical problem-solving.
