As a Growth Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle, generate pipeline, and engage with prospects to close deals for Read AI's productivity platform.

Build and own Read AIs enterprise sales motion: source outbound pipeline from usage data, convert individual users into org-wide deployments, close flagship accounts, navigate procurement and security reviews, design enterprise packaging, and create a repeatable playbook while partnering with product and leadership.

Design and own growth-focused user experiences: onboarding, activation, paywalls, and monetization surfaces. Partner with PMs, engineers, and data to run experiments, iterate on conversion flows, build reusable growth components, and improve activation and revenue metrics.
