Provides desktop, mobile, hardware, software, and remote user support across a corporate facility and remote workforce. Responsibilities include troubleshooting devices and network connectivity, administering Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, managing user accounts and licenses, maintaining IT assets, installing software and updates, documenting incidents, supporting compliance, and improving service desk processes.

Mentor supplier quality engineers and hold vendors accountable for production-ready tooling.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Slate’s automotive accessories portfolio, from customer research and business case development through launch, performance management, and sunset. Lead cross-functional execution across design, engineering, supply chain, finance, legal, brand, and commercial teams. Manage licensing and reseller agreements, make product trade-offs, conduct market studies, present recommendations to leadership, and support supplier and office-site activities.

Designs and improves the legal department’s operating model, including intake, triage, marketing review, contract management, knowledge management, and e-billing. Leads legal technology selection and implementation, develops playbooks and self-service resources, builds performance dashboards, supports budgeting and strategic planning, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives with Finance, IT, Marketing, executives, vendors, and outside counsel.

Develop and release electrical ADAS requirements for battery-electric vehicles, manage Tier 1 suppliers, and maintain control-module releases in PLM. Review hardware designs, create test plans, lead DFMEA reviews, support HIL/SIL validation, troubleshoot system issues, train technicians, and apply cybersecurity and Lean Engineering practices.

Develops requirements, test plans, diagnostics, and controls for electrical switches, actuators, and sensors in battery-electric vehicles. Manages Tier 1 suppliers, releases components through PLM, leads DFMEA reviews, validates hardware designs, applies cybersecurity and lean engineering practices, and diagnoses complex issues using structured quality methods. Requires experience with low- and high-voltage vehicle systems, harness development, communication protocols, and PPAP documentation.

Lead the design, procurement, validation, commissioning, and improvement of automotive General Assembly equipment, fixtures, and tooling. Support NPI through tooling strategies, layouts, PFMEAs, control plans, and launch readiness. Analyze equipment performance, resolve root causes, improve safety, quality, throughput, uptime, and cost, and maintain technical documentation. Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams while training technicians, operators, and engineers.

Supports financial operations for a manufacturing plant through budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cost modeling, variance analysis, inventory and capital accounting, KPI reporting, and internal controls. Partners with plant operations, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, program management, FP&A, and corporate finance teams to improve cost transparency, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial performance in a high-growth EV manufacturing environment.
