Manage SI&OP analysts and lead sales, inventory, and operations planning across Slate business units. Develop demand forecasts, optimize inventory, align procurement and production with customer demand, resolve planning imbalances, track KPIs, and execute monthly planning cycles. Coordinate Engineering, Purchasing, Cost Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing to sequence batch changes, manage Job 2 timing, validate savings, and minimize launch risk. Maintain commitment registers, implementation trackers, leadership materials, and escalation processes while ensuring a fully implemented bill of materials at launch.

Lead product development for Sales and Service customer experiences in an EV startup. Define multi-year roadmaps, write product requirements, work with engineering/design, gather customer insights, and drive agile, frugal delivery and GTM strategies for B2C mobile and Salesforce-based solutions.

Perform NVH, durability, strength, and stiffness simulations for EV body, chassis, and closure structures. Build, run, and debug full-vehicle NVH and durability models, analyze results, recommend improvements, support CAE-test correlation, assist testing, apply DOE and optimization, and prepare technical reports while collaborating with design, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Develop, write, and maintain technical specifications for buildings, site work, MEP systems, and automotive manufacturing equipment. Ensure compliance with codes and standards, coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and operations, manage specification library and approved equipment lists, and respond to RFIs during bidding and construction.

Lead and scale Slate's digital product design across web, mobile, in-vehicle HMI, and marketplace experiences. Define design vision, build design systems and tooling, run UX research and optimization (A/B and multivariate testing), partner with product and engineering, hire and mentor design teams, and represent design at executive levels to ensure cohesive, accessible, and measurable customer experiences.
