Rapidly resolve PLC/robot/vision downtime, optimize PLC logic/HMI/robot programs, support running changes and upgrades, perform root-cause analysis, ensure safety-compliant control logic, and drive continuous improvement in uptime, quality, and documentation.

Lead controls and process engineering for coatings and bonding in an automotive brownfield production facility. Develop electrical and controls specifications, commission PLC/SCADA/robot integrations, support MES integration, improve OEE, and provide technical support to maintenance and operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.

Operate and evolve Linux server infrastructure, container platforms, and monitoring across IT and OT. Deploy/configure RHEL-family systems, manage Docker workloads, automate with Ansible, administer Zabbix, maintain AWS EC2/RDS, handle networking and storage, support virtualization and backups, document SOPs, participate in incident response and capacity planning, and support factory/plant-floor technology.

Lead design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of Slate's Salesforce CRM. Integrate Salesforce with internal systems, optimize Sales and Support workflows, own code-to-deploy quality, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and mentor others while driving technical decisions and simplification.
