Lead and grow KSM's Transaction Advisory Services Tax Diligence practice, oversee tax due diligence and Tax Quality of Earnings engagements, advise on tax risks and structuring, manage client relationships, drive business development, mentor team members, ensure engagement quality, and collaborate across service lines to expand market presence.
